Dog Update Policy:


You are more than welcome to text message us on our iPhones to check in and see how your dog is doing every day.


Dog Photo Policy:


Every client is able to receive two free dog photos per booking. Each additional photo requested after will be a charge of $5


Payment Policy:


Once a booking is confirmed, 50% of the total payment will be due at drop off and the remaining 50% will be due at pick up.

Meet & Greet Policy:


Every "Meet & Greet" is by appointment only.

Every "Drop Off & Pick Up" is by appointment only.


Booking Policy:


We accept dog boarding bookings from 3 overnights up until 30 overnights.


Business Hours:

Monday:             12pm to 6pm     or 9pm** ($20 fee)

Tuesday:             12pm to 6pm     or 9pm** ($20 fee)

Wednesday:        12pm to 6pm     or 9pm** ($20 fee)

Thursday:           12pm to 6pm     or 9pm** ($20 fee)

Friday:                12pm to 6pm     or 9pm** ($20 fee)

Saturday:            12pm to 6pm     or 9pm** ($20 fee)

Sunday:              12pm to 6pm     or 9pm** ($20 fee)


Holiday Policy:


There will be no pick up or drop off on Holidays.


Change of Plans Policy:


If for any reason, you have a change of plans during your trip, we will do our best to accommodate for an earlier date of pick up. However, the price paid will be for the total charge of the original booking. If you decide to extend your trip, all additional overnights will be added to your current booking balance.
