Dog Update Policy:
You are more than welcome to text message us on our iPhones to check in and see how your dog is doing every day.
Dog Photo Policy:
Every client is able to receive two free dog photos per booking if they request them. Each additional photo requested after the two free photos will be a charge of $5 each.
(The maximum amount of photos that can be sent per booking is 5 photos total.)
(Example: 2 free photos + 3 additional photos @ $5 each.) = 5 photos total.
Payment Policy:
Once a booking is confirmed, 50% of the total payment will be due at drop off and the remaining 50% will be due at pick up.

Meet & Greet Policy:
We will always do a "Meet & Greet" for every new client. We book these on weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 11am to 5pm. They usually last 10-15 mins. We encourage you to bring your dog so they can see the atmosphere as well.
Every "Meet & Greet" is by appointment only.
"Drop Off" & "Pick Up" Policy:
Every "Drop Off & Pick Up" is by appointment only.
Booking Policy:
We accept dog boarding bookings from 3 overnights up until 30 overnights.
Holiday Policy:
There will be no "Pick Up" or "Drop Off" on Holidays.
Change of Plans Policy:
If for any reason, you have a change of plans during your trip, we will do our best to accommodate for an earlier date of pick up. However, the price paid will be for the total charge of the original booking. If you decide to extend your trip, all additional overnights will be added to your current booking balance.
